Does Zohti track Driver CPC training hours?

Yes. Zohti tracks the 35 hours of periodic CPC training each professional LGV/PCV driver must complete every five years. Hours can be logged manually or imported from training providers. The dashboard shows each driver’s running total and warns when they fall behind the schedule needed to renew on time.

Does it track DQC and licence expiry dates?

Yes. Each driver record stores DQC expiry, licence expiry, licence categories (C, C+E, D, etc.), penalty points, medical (D4) expiry, tachograph card expiry and right-to-work check date. Alerts fire at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before any expiry.

Can drivers upload their own documents?

Yes. Drivers can photograph and upload their licence, DQC, medical and right-to-work documents from the Zohti mobile app. Transport managers verify and approve, then the system tracks expiry automatically.

How does this support O-licence compliance?
