Frequently asked questions

Does Zohti track Driver CPC training hours?

Yes. Zohti tracks the 35 hours of periodic CPC training each professional LGV/PCV driver must complete every five years. Training sessions and hours are logged against each driver, and the dashboard shows each driver’s running total against the 35 hours, so you can see who needs to book training.

Does it track DQC and licence expiry dates?

Yes. Each driver record stores DQC expiry, licence number, categories (C, C+E, D and so on) and expiry, medical (D4) expiry and tachograph card expiry. Your admins and managers get a reminder 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before each date and on the day, in Zohti and in a daily email summary.

Can drivers upload their own documents?

Yes. Drivers can photograph their licence, DQC and medical certificate, front and back, in the Zohti app. The images sit on the driver’s record for the office to check against the dates.

How does this support O-licence compliance?

Operator licence undertakings require you to ensure all drivers hold valid licences, CPCs and medicals at all times. Zohti gives you a live register of every driver’s documents to show DVSA, FORS or a Traffic Commissioner.
